1. New at the site?

As you enter the web page, a menu is present at the left side of

the web site, by pointing to it you will be taken into a list of

subjects and services. If you click on any subject, then you will be

taken to the submission web page where all you need to do is paste

or type your work. If you selected the services, they are designed to

help you with any problems or issues you need.

2. Are the animations not showing up?

You probably need a flash plugin, click here

However, if you are using Internet Explorer, then it

might have blocked it. Therefore, click on the buble below

the URL bar and "allow the content"

3. Are you not able to e-mail the teachers?

Dont't use this as an excuse! The solution is here!

You probably don't have an e-mail client,

so click here for a list and description of possible

e-mail clients.

4. Are the problems with a teacher of subject?
